6. Intellectual property

All elements of the JoliQ website and software (brand, interface, code, texts, graphics, logos), excluding content imported by users, are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. Conversations, screenshots and texts you import remain your property.

7. Contractual terms

Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of use and sale, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

8. Mediation / consumer disputes

Under Belgian and European consumer law, the consumer may use the Consumer Mediation Service: mediationconsommateur.be. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued.

9. Governing law

This notice and the Service are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, and subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules (jurisdiction of the EU consumer’s domicile where applicable), the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut (Charleroi division), Belgium, have jurisdiction.
